How quick is your turnaround?
Our turnaround is currently 4-7 days however, if you have a last minute order for Precious Pieces and require them sooner, please contact us ASAP via message or email, and we will try our best to get them finished in time for the occasion.
What Services do you provide?
We at Precious Party Pieces manufacture bespoke, handmade and personalised cards, gifts & keepsakes for all occasions. In addition, we can also provide balloon set-ups, table settings and party/ wedding decor.
I’ve got an occasion but I’m not sure what I want, can you recommend anything?

How do I order a personalised gift?
You can order via Etsy, Facebook and Instagram or please feel free to email us directly with any questions you have and we will get back to you.
Is collection available?
Yes, collection is available from Great Dunmow, Essex or Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, please let us know if you would like to collect when ordering.
